How B2B ordering works
1. Send an inquiry
Use our form to describe the part, quantity, part number, technical specifications and desired destination. Your inquiry is free of charge and is not an order.
2. We check sourcing options
We review the information, clarify open questions and, where feasible, provide an individual quotation including the agreed scope of delivery, price, shipping and expected lead time.
3. Place your order
A purchase contract is formed under the terms of the individual quotation and order confirmation. We agree advance payment before placing an order with the supplier.
4. Advance payment
You receive the payment details with the order confirmation or invoice. We order the goods only after the agreed payment has been received.
5. International procurement and delivery
We arrange procurement and shipment as agreed. Delivery estimates depend on supplier availability, transport and customs clearance.
Important information
We primarily serve business customers. Compatibility must be verified against the part number, documentation and intended use. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Individual terms take precedence; there is no online checkout.
