An older US-built production machine in Austria was out of operation. Its control board was no longer available through regular channels. We located a used unit from a private seller in the USA and arranged FedEx collection and expedited shipment to Austria.
A company in Taiwan needed several specialist winch motors for an amusement park. We sourced the motors in the USA and made them available for collection in Hamburg, where the customer’s freight forwarder arranged onward transport to Taiwan.
A start-up needed components matching unusual technical specifications. The solution was 250 automotive shock absorbers originally intended for a Ford Mustang. We had suitable components researched against the requirements and imported them from the USA.
A 60-foot motor yacht required spare parts for its onboard generator. We found a source in Singapore, imported the components and forwarded them to the customer.
A film production needed to recreate an American diner on location. We sourced various diner fittings and an American gas pump and imported the items from the USA.
An unexpected sourcing route: we obtained spare parts for the German Mercedes-Benz “Adenauer” classic car from the USA. The right source is not always in the vehicle’s country of origin.
